Surprisingly spacious rooms with en-suites. clean and comfy stay. Great value for the price, situated in a prime location that’s hard to beat.
Had to dodge the decor reminiscent of a council estate! The bed squeaked louder than my thoughts—definitely time for a new mattress.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the local mini-golf and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. The location was perfect for our adventures, and the rooms were spacious enough for our group. Just a heads up, a bit of attention to cleaning wouldn’t hurt, but overall, a solid experience!
We faced an issue with the shower head as it wouldn't stay in place, which was a bit inconvenient during our stay.

Arrived to a surprisingly clean room with a fresh smell, despite initial doubts about the place's charm. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, making our stay feel pleasant, especially with a ground-floor room accommodating a disabled family member. Breakfast included delicious marmalade, which was a nice touch.

I booked a room here thinking it would be a nice little getaway. The check-in process went smoothly, and my room felt decently spacious. The bathroom had a large shower, which I appreciated. The staff at the reception were friendly and seemed eager to help. I liked the complimentary toiletries and the fluffy towels. I noticed some cleanliness issues. there were dusty surfaces and stains on the mugs. The flooring needed attention, and there was a strange buzzing noise coming from the electric box in the room. The bed was creaky and not very comfortable, which disrupted my sleep. I could hear sounds from the corridor throughout the night. Breakfast included was fine, but I witnessed a few guests indulging in drinks during morning hours, which felt a bit off. some parts of the hotel could really use a refresh to elevate the stay.

Awesome stay, friendly staff!
We had a nice 3-night stay with a clean room and our own bathroom, which was a big plus. Staff were super friendly, especially Katrina and Mark, who were really helpful with my disabled mum. The bar lounge area was cozy too. A bit of noise from the outside sometimes, but not a big deal.

Just loved digging into the local grub! Morrisons Supermarket Cafe had a solid brekky, and The Red Lion served up proper pub grub that hit the spot. Plus, our room was nice and toasty, with a good layout and a decent telly to catch some late-night telly.
But blimey, the rest was a right mess! No hot water, a dodgy dressing table, and the view? Well, let’s just say the window didn’t even shut right. Not a great vibe when empty crisp packets and cobwebs join the party down the side of the units.
